International Combat Aikido & Jujitsu Federation

He started in Martial Arts training in early 1985, at Sensei Jack Epperson Nippon Aiki-Budo Dojo. He also studied with Kancho Shihan Okiro Yamagushi, Sensei Harry Racine Sr. in the arts of Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu, and Aikido.
In 1986 he started its cross training in Combat Kempo, under Kyoshi Marcus Antonelli; and Combat Jujitsu under Sensei Tom Kelly. From 1987 to present he trained with instrctors, masters and grandmaster in several styles of martial arts as described below. Currently I am the President & Founder of the International Combat Aikido & Jujitsu Federation, an Open minded Martial Arts organization with over 300 active members around the world. In addition in early 2003, I started to teach my own Aiki-Budo Style named "Nagashimatsu-Te Aikido" a combination of the principles of Traditional Aikido& Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu, with the Combat Applications and Fundamentals from other Japanese oriented Combat Arts, like Combat Kempo Karate-Do, Atemi-Jujitsu and Ninpo Goshin Jitsu.


What is ICAJJF?

The International Combat Aikido & Jujitsu Federation (ICAJJF) is a membership organization dedicated to promoting traditional Japanese budo and bujutsu. The ICAJJF is headed by an elite group of high-ranking instructors whose backgrounds encompass many decades of studying and teaching the traditional martial arts and ways of Japan.

Who can join ICAJJF?

The ICAJJF invites all individuals who are interested in traditional Japanese budo and bujutsu to apply for membership. There are two levels of membership in the ICAJJF: full members are eligible to apply for rank and teaching titles; associate members receive all the other benefits of membership, but do not receive rank or titles.

Membership Information

The ICAJJF has attracted a number of prominent members. These distinguished martial artists include Grandmaster Ljubomir Ljuba Vracarevic, 10th Dan; Grandmaster George Lukacs, 9th Dan president & founder of the National Dragon Council of Martial Arts; Kancho Shihan Okiro Yamaguchi, Headmaster of Daito Ryu Hukka-Ho Kai International.

How to Apply for Associate Membership
To apply for Associate Membership, send the following items to ICAJJF HQ at the address listed above:

  1. a completed application form (please type or print legibly; leave the section regarding rank blank)
  2. a check or money order, made out to Soke Jorge L. Garcia, for the amount of $25.00 (US)
You will receive your Associate Member certificate in the mail. You will also begin receiving our quarterly newsletter at the address listed on your application form.
 
How to Apply for Full Membership/Rank
To apply for Full Membership and dan ranking, send the following items to ICAJJF HQ at the address listed above:
  1. a completed application form (please type or print legibly)
  2. a typed, detailed history of your martial arts background
  3. copies of any rank certificates you have been awarded
  4. a check or money order, made out to Soke Jorge L. Garcia, for the amount of $50.00 (US); this fee is non-refundable
You will receive a letter indicating the results of our experts' review of your application, the costs of rank registration/certificates, etc. The submission of your information and the fee for a review of your background does not guarantee that the ICAJJF will award you any specific rank. A videotape and/or in-person examination of your martial skills may also be required. Kyu and dan ranking are only for qualified exponents of traditional Japanese budo and bujutsu.

When your application for rank is approved by the ICAJJF, and rank fees have been paid, your certificate will be mailed. You will also begin receiving our quarterly newsletter at the address listed on your application form. If you qualify for an ICAJJF teaching license, you can recommend students for ICAJJF rank, within one grade of yourself.
